Research Focus

Development of a Sustainable Green process for the extraction of low-calorie high-intensity natural sweetener from Monk Fruit. Also, the team is working on the design and development of the processes for obtaining the bioactive compounds from herbal, medicinal, and aromatic crops, using the tools of engineering.
